In
the early 1980s, unelected judges stole Canada from
its people. They arbitrarily removed the legal fabric
upon which millions of Canadians had worked hard to build,
a legal framework that created the greatest country in
the world. With total disregard of the people of Canada,
judges expunged common law and replaced it with their
ideological whim of the day. The result is the legal abolishment
of traditional values and systematic extermination of
religious thought from our legal system.
Judges
adopted the American concept of separation of Church and
State, but with their own twist. The American principle
was to keep the State out of the Church; however, Canadian
judges have decided to keep the Church out of the State.
The judiciary then unashamedly announced that Canada would
be a "secular society" and instead of upholding
the Charters first freedom, freedom of religion,
has been rewriting laws to ensure freedom from
religion.
This
revolution required abandoning Canadas legal framework.
Common law was forsaken. Common law, which relies on statutes
and precedents, is the legal principle that all free countries
are based upon. The laws written by the elected officials
of the country are respected and upheld. The way those
laws are interpreted, precedents, are highly regarded
and respected under common law. The result is a predictable
law and a stable society based on traditional values.
When
Adolph Hitler enacted his revolution and dictatorship,
he first had to eradicate common law from Germany. Once
this was achieved he could then rewrite the laws of Germany
to concur with his political goals. Soon it became
legal to kill Jewish people because he believed society
would be better off if certain groups of people were exterminated.
Traditional values were abandoned and religious thought
was removed from Hitlers legal system. The statutes
written by elected officials were discarded and the dictator
of the day created the legal framework of the country.
Sound familiar
Those
who ignore the mistakes of history are destined to repeat
them. Somehow we have allowed unelected judges to abandon
common law, rewrite the legal framework of Canada and
ignore, and in some cases, overrule the laws written by
the people, their elected officials. Who gave judges such
power? How did they obtain unchecked, unlimited authority
to rewrite the fabric of the land? We the people did not
give it to them. They seized it soon after the Constitution
of 1982 was introduced. Since that time, Canadians
have become subservient to this tyranny and our will and
the will of those who are built this country is inconsequential.
The judges whim of the day now rules the land, unchecked
by the will of 30 million Canadians.
It
is time to take Canada back. Back to common law. Back
to respecting the statutes and laws written by democratically
elected representatives of the people. It is time to say
no to the tyranny of judges and demand that traditional
values of Canadians be respected. It is time to demand
freedom of religion and stop the eradication of religious
thought from our land. It is time to demand equal treatment
for religious thinking people. It is time to demand a
return to decency, civility and morality.
Canada
is the greatest country of the world because of its people,
not its judges. For the sake of our children, lets
stand up and say enough is enough, give us our land back
and return our laws back to the people. If we do, Canada
will continue to be a great country. If we do not, this
country will quickly erode and lose its great status.
We the people must Take Canada Back!
